How progress reports reach parents

A progress report is assembled from recorded outcomes such as session status, mastery counts, and assessment results. Reusing those records reduces duplicate entry and keeps the report tied to evidence already in the platform.

When they go out

Centers generate reports on demand, including ahead of a parent conversation. When a report is published, the platform can queue a notification so the parent can sign in and read it.

Where AI fits, and where it does not

When the center has enabled AI assistance and completed the required setup, it can draft a summary or suggest next practice topics. It cannot send anything to a parent on its own. A tutor or administrator reviews and approves AI-assisted content first.

What to look for as a parent

• Topic statuses, which tell you where to encourage practice at home.
• Attendance and coverage, which show whether the plan is on pace.
• Suggested next topics, when included, which preview what upcoming sessions may target.

If something in a report does not match what you are seeing at home, contact the center. When messaging is enabled, you can do that in the report's message thread.
